Introducing our brand new  -- Honor Brass Band -- a brass band for all occasions.  Looking for that New Orleans sound with a Bay Area twist?  We've got it.  Honoring the traditional repertoire with classics like "When The Saints Go Marching In," "Down By the Riverside," and "A Closer Walk With Thee," we also incorporate soul and contemporary songs from artists like Marvin Gaye, The Beatles, and Camila Cabello.

Honor Brass Band is available with any Hella Fitzgerald package, as well as separately for funerals, marches, celebrations, theme parties, and more. Our versatile musicians transition easily from the brass band formation into dance band instrumentation. Consider adding some extra flavor to your event with Honor Brass Band!

The brass band can lead your guests from ceremony to cocktail area, marching and playing our mix of celebratory traditional classics.

We can play New Orleans classics, as well as throwing in some of our modern R&B and popular repertoire.

Following cocktail hour, the brass band can play and march, leading your guests over to the dinner area.

We offer New Orleans style funeral marches. This is a a heartfelt tradition that is uniquely part of New Orleans culture and has carried over into several other cities as a way to honor the life someone has lived.

According to New Orleans tradition, after the eulogy and the official ceremony, a procession commences. Through the streets, the “First Line” of the parade begins with the Brass Band, the “Second Line” being composed of people that are part of the life of the deceased, is walking behind the lead of the Brass Band. At the start of the march, the band plays somber dirges and hymns and slowly transitions into upbeat, loud, fun music in celebration of the one they have lost. Our repertoire follows suit.

We approach these occasions with sensitivity and grace to ensure we can properly pay homage to the memory of your loved one.
